Default 1st whole hog was a great sucess

Everthing worked out great with the hog. Over 80 people showed up for the event which was suprise , good thing we had 2 pots of bean and taters each and 50 ears of corn with 5 drunk chickens( had 2 more inside hog but we drop them on transfer to the table. But anyway thanks to all that helped with questions and advice, will try to load some pics.
