I picked up a big flat iron from Ralphs for $5.99 per/lb. Rubbed with the ultimate beef combo, The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style & Original Rub. Smashed with garlic mashed taters (potatoes, mayo, milk, butter, and The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style Rub). Just can't beat those taters! Enjoy the pron.
