Default Tri Tip Thai Trip (pr0n)

Tri tip on the kettle.
Thai dip and salad, the resting saw the tri tip get a little more done than I wanted but delish anyway.
Man how I love Thai food.

The goings on;
I rubbed the tri tip with minced garlic and S&P, Cayenne and let it dry.
Blanched asparagus, green beans sliced up radishes, tomatoes into thin wedges, sliced some red onion and cut cabbage into triangles and made a platter.
Cooked the meat and a sweet potato , the meat to 125f and rested.
It went past my target but still was so delicious.
