I have been a member here for quite a while, however, this is my first post because for some reason my network at work will not let me post. I have been thinking about getting into catering after I retire(pretty soon) from the military. I have learned so much info from this section that I can not begin to think y'all enough. I really appreciate all of the xls docs and contracts that can be modified.

I look forward to learning so much more from y'all and all the tips you provide.

I feel we all owe a debt of gratitude to Phil and the mods for keeping this site up and running (I do anyway). This job can't be easy or cheap. I have learned a lot from this site and I am glad to call Phil a friend. Thanks to everyone that keeps this site running, including those that pay for memberships and those that donate money.
