Default Smoked Pork Belly Nekkid Fatty ABT Dip- Cast Iron

Smoked and chopped pork belly and Nekkid Fatty. Cream cheese, unsweetened plain yogurt, 3Alarm Cheese, chopped Jalapeño-Christmas. Roasted garlic herb seasoning and a dash of EVOO. Cast iron skillet greased with bacon grease. Into the smoker with B&B Hickory Lump, pecan and hickory chunks(for the neighbors). till bubbly. May add Panko may not. We’ll see. Then grilling a Porterhouse to Med rare to slice then for fajitas. Had to upgrade from a #3 to a #5 skillet.

Smoke on. Amen

Well it was a success. USDA Prime Porterhouse makes killer fajitas. The dip was a winner. All good. Need alcohol.

Thanks. Yup, large block logo, smooth bottom Circa 1930-39. Pre WWII when the best iron ore reserves had not yet been used for military purposes.

I love to cook, as everyone else here does- I think cast iron, a well seasoned non stick cast iron really adds to the enjoyment.
