Made some no salt rub loosely following the one from amazing ribs

Ham went on about 9:40 low around 225 and will bump up later. Dinner around 5 or 6 depending on when the turkeys get done. Should have the hame off and holding around 4. Will make some type of glaze.

Yeah here ya go. I followed this recipe for a baseline. One batch was just eggs, hashbrowns, cheese and sausage. The other I added jalapenos and onions. I did a couple extra eggs in each.

Pretty good base recipe to play with.

Easy bake oven #2 started. Will transfer the ham in there and then the 2 turkeys in the 5 series.
