Yeah I know Christmas is 2 days away. You wanna see porn or not!!
I just got the software downloaded on the new computer.
Anyway I invited the family over to show off the smoker I built.
Did 4 racks of spares and a dozen chicky hindquarters and a couple fatties.

The spares were so big I had to rack 'em. Think I'll trim em from now on.

The chix had just rub, Famous Daves "Rich & Sassy" "Devils Spit" and Lynch's "Berry Boars Blast"

Family chowin down. They ate copious amounts and I smiled.

I hope it worked just fine because I just boughta rib rack to use in my barrel.
 
Bryan, Theres pics in another thread" Labor Day Cook" unless your being sarcastic, then you'll hurt my feelings.

Jorge, I've got some around here somewhere I'll PM ya.

Todd, they were pretty packed in the rack for sure but because the were full spares they were also really wide. They cooked just fine but I should have rotated them mid cook. I'm going to trim the tips and ends next time I use the racks.

Summer? We're dressing like that for Christmas. 75-80* and a really good chance of heavy rain.
 
The one thing I noticed was that the garage looked like it could be (gulp) USED!
Magic.

BTW, great looking grindage there. That barrel looked brand new.
