Default Chili and cornbread.

Nasty night. Cold freezing rain. Just not a good night to be outside.
I made some SuckleBuster's chili with bargain bin beef (ala Adam's style) and hot sausage. All the kids in the pool. Zatarain's cheddar jalapeno corn bread in iron skillet with my own cold smoked cheddar. Life is good. Thanks for looking.

Love chili. Especially on a damp cool night. Yours looks great. CI cornbread - the only acceptable way

William, I'd make myself sick eating so much of that!

Nice work.

William, count me in for a good 2 or 3 bowls of that! Also, I have never seen the jalapeno cheddar cornbread mix....I gotta have that in my life. Had smoked jalapeno cornbread at Fox Bros. in Atlanta and it was phenominal.
