Was working with my sourdough starter and needed to discard some so I decided to make a sour cream sourdough loaf of bread. In hindsight it probably would have been best to make 2 loaves out of it instead of just one!

Was a very moist loaf of bread and very tasty. I also made some lactose free butter using lactose free 35% cream.

All I did was add 1/2 cup of the sourdough starter, extra flour and some extra yeast to help with the rise.
