Our New Throwdown Category is...



"Cooked with Booze!"




This was jwtseng's entry in the 2016 "I Am the Creator" Throwdown, a bourbon battered chicken and bacon wrapped smoked, then fried pork chop! You can read all about it HERE.



As chosen by thirdeye for winning the "Ground Meats" Throwdown.

Let's start things off. Italian Country Style Ribs using Phil's tomato sauce recipe. Added about 3/4 cup of white wine into the sauce.
