Nice!
What I end up doing... once cooled for long term freezing. 1. Use 1 qt. freezer bags (curl the ziplock seals like rolling your sleeves) 2. Pour a generous helping into each bag. 3. Place each (open/unsealed) bag in a shallow pot surrounding each bag with ice to prop up. 4. Once frozen, place 2-3 bags into a vac-seal bag and seal. 5. Return to freezer until the mood returns.
