Default Pork Steak Dinner Pron

Found these on sale for $1.49 a couple weeks ago. Thought they'd make a good dinner tonight. First they were marinated in Lawry's Garlic & Herb 30 minute marinade for about 5 hours. Then a light dose of Grill Mates Pork Rub, and my newly discovered Cajun Seasoning that needs to be on just about everything. On the Weber One Touch Silver with a little Pecan. My wife took care of the sides, which included Mashed Taters, Corn and Apple Sauce.

I think I'll find my recliner!
