Default Swift Ready for steak pork butt

Couldnt find Smithfield et Btss so tried a Smithfield Guaranteed tender ready for steaks) butt.

Weirdest butt Iever saw.. Seems like 3 muscle sseperated by fat and basically falling apart.
Anyone used this cut? Was this just some kind of misbutcher ? WHat does ready for steaks mean ?

Just a guess but I'd think it was deboned and brine injected. No bone would make slicing steaks off of it easy but still sounds like a weird cut to me.

I’ve never seen that either, but I am confused. The thread title says Swift, but in the post you say Smithfield. Is it a Swift or Smithfield product?
