That looks really good. Reminds me of a chickpea salad from BoneFish.

Brown some sausage and onion, add some canned chickpeas and spinach and diced tomatoes and garlic. I put other seasonings too but this will get you close. Makes a nice hearty side. I normally eat a bowl of it with a salad for lunch when i make it.
