They are an old school butcher, they are really good at custom cuts.

Way to make an entrance! Is that Big Kamado Joe rotisserie you're using on the BGE XL or does BGE also make one?

You're spot on, it's a Big Joe on a BGE XL, fits perfectly. I am not aware of a BGE rotisserie.
