Top it, skirt, mixed with eggs?
Sharp,Gouda,Goat,Swiss?
I’ve started adding cottage cheese occasionally
The incredible edible brisket-I mean egg

My vote is for gouda. I haven't made scrambled eggs with cottage cheese in years. Thanks for the reminder. Now I want breakfast
