I have never made it because the wife and oldest are really picky about fat. After seeing this I need to discard them and do it anyway. There is always pizza delivery :-D

My wife is the same way. She's never my pork belly. When I make it, I grill her some salmon on the kettle. That said, full discloser...she was in Hawaii with one of the daughters, so...
