Simple way of grilling stir fried veggies. Veggies seasoned and tabletop cooker coming to temp with lit 1/3 chimney of octagon coals. No wood chips nor chunks. After Char begins will dash with Worcestershire to finish. Wife takes it from there for her pork quinoa dish

That's looking very good, got some cheeks in the fridge
 
After the photo I added another 1/2 cup of quinoa.
 
I am sure I am probably missing out on something with the cheeks, maybe some day.
Kabobs look good though.

Watch Chuds BBQ beef cheek Youtube video. They look gnarly and intimidating but he shows you how they are a super simple-tasty and easy cook they are
 
The food looks great by the way! I have a pack of beef cheeks in the freezer. Wife saw me getting ready to make them and protested. She said I can make them, but she needs to be unaware of it at all times. "Just tell me it's beef tacos when you make it." Okay, whatever....

Prime 6 takes a bit to light too, but burns long.
