I do not go this deep every day, I am getting ready for the S upgrade. OBTW, this is a 2012 model, I purchased used. I made mistakes before, but buying this cooker was not one of them.

Love it, time to do mine. I notice you have the stainless steel piece that sits under the lid above the shelf. You like it? I keep thinking about getting one since it always gets grease/drippings/sauce etc.

Funny that i deep cleaned mine this past weekend as well. I also got my 16 model used for a heck of a price. Course I dirty'ed her right up making these mean ribs.

It awesome. much easier to vise the painted surface.
