Low carbohydrate chicken
Im sure I'm not the only one who has to watch his sugars,
Finally got a pan just right for a pack of thighs, That with butter and Yard Bird Rub, 350F for 100 minutes, pull from pan and place skin down on hot area of cooker/grill. 20 minutes and pull.

They do look good. But 100 minutes at 350F seems kinda long.
