Customer Appreciation Day 2019 was the best one yet! We estimated around 600 to 700 people attended. there was not much food left at all. We trimmed ribs seasoned Ribs and butts Thursday night. Friday morning 50 St. Louis Cut Spare Ribs, Tips from trimmed full spares, and Butts went on. We smoked them until they were done then removed everything to hot hold in coolers until Saturday morning. Saturday morning we put everything back on the pit (was wrapped) then fired up the 250 for the Chicken Legs and the hot dogs. We mixed up beans, made cole slaw, and Washed and seasoned chicken Friday. Was definitely some work but we had a lot of fun with it too! Got the chance to introduce my 4 month old to his future pit! lol He loved it

That's my Dad holding him (We built pits together)

Thanks for sharing. Those pics and that event was nothing short of fantastic, and I am sure that any one of us would have loved to have been a part, whether it was helping or eating! Congrats on the success.

That is one cute jr cook you have there... Heck, I've been with State Farm 28 years and never been invited to anything like this, I think I need to change agents!!! Looks like great food but more importantly the thought and the effort. Nice job sir!!

Thanks,
Greg
