Found a brisket Point yellow tagged and need to cook a couple Nekkid Fattys.
In the Smoke. I’ll add a kiss of mesquite when I add the Fattys in an hour or so
Missed my probe insert by 2*. Not bad for an advanced beginner
Time to wrap the brisket Point, add some coals, a kiss of mesquite and smoke a couple Fattys
Pretty solid effort for a random Tuesday in December.
