Yes, nice job. Oh my.
Great post w/ pron. Oh my.
edit: every time I look, I add an 'Oh My'.

BAM! That looks Great! How long does it take to do pepper stout beef out of the pan?

4 to 6 depending chuck size and temp. All day cook start to finish for me at 225. The new and best steak n cheese you will ever enjoy crossing the choppers.

I did this cook 6 hours total. 3 hours smoking at 250, 2 hours in the pan covered with the onions/peppers at 350, shredded it and back on for another hour.

Has promise - Hey you Venue sellers - might add this.
This sandwich is $7 on ciabatta roll.
Your last pics you held the cam too close, and a little furry.
Fabulous, no matter.

I'll just echo the "oh my" from above

Can you do this with another liquid? I know the alcohol burns off, but I'm sober so just in practice I tend to not use alcohol at all

I would think you could substitute a can of Coke for the stout. They are both acidic in nature therefore would have the same tenderizing effect on the meat.

I'm looking for something to go with ribs on the 4th of July for some folks. This is starting to look like the way to go.
