Those wings look great. I have a couple vacuum packs of full wings in the freezer I plan to cook this week, I think I'll give your recipe a whirl so thanks for posting it So I take it you just snipped the wings with some scissors between the drummies and the wings, discarding the tips?

We don't snip the wing tips off, just cut 'em off with a super sharp chef's knife right in the middle of the joint.
