Default Cold Chain Data Loggers

Wondering if these would be handy for both comp and catering. Seems like an inexpensive idea.

They can provide a lot of information, but only after the fact.
Most units can only be read once too so you can't pull up information halfway if an inspector would like to see it.
Some require a proprietary software to read but the USB ones displayed above usually work "stand alone" and spit out an excel report.
There are several companies that produce these types of units.
