West of OKC in El Reno are three joints that serve OK Onion Burgers. Cattleman's Steakhouse in OKC. Just south of Denton in Argyle TX, is 407BBQ. Louie Mueller's in Taylor TX. Snow's BBQ, only open on Saturdays. Bunch of good places in Austin.
