Default Beef & Beer

Beef ribs and cold beer for supper!

Bacon and sage beef sausage with chicken basil sausage and corn on the cob and cold beer for lunch.

Ribs smoked around 275* for six hours, adding beer bottle-sized almond splits about every half hour with an occasional chunk of mesquite. One slab Q-Salt, one slab Sucklebusters 1836. Both delish! Served with grilled, garden fresh zucchini, and cold beer!

Wave that Flag!
