Default Leftover Brisket Tostada

I had leftovers from Saturday's cook from tortillas to brisket to cheese... You get the point

Warmed up some flat and point on the gasser at the lowest setting in butcher paper then I chopped it

Tweaked black beans

Cheese

Back on the gasser to broil the cheese

Topped with more unmelted cheese, tomatoes, onions, cilantro for freshness and leftover salsa from the taco cook. Forgot the pickles jalapenos though

Crazy delicious! Even without the pickled jalapenos

I know it's only Tuesday but leftovers this good deserve a good dessert

Thanks for looking!

That is one fine looking meal! Also, really enjoy your choice of dessert. I've been jumping on the weller train pretty frequently lately

Yes to Weller. Every time some hits the shelf here, it's gone before I come across it. Food looks good too
