Default Rec Tec Mini + ...? Ribs pron

Happy Friday, Farkers!

I've had a BGE XL for the last 5 years and have enjoyed thoroughly. I recently acquired a Rec Tec Mini to dip my proverbial toe into the pellet game. The "cognitive expense" that the BGE demands (I have small children) has now been dramatically reduced thanks to the ease and temperature perfection of the Rec Tec. I'm thinking I'm going to sell the BGE and get another pellet grill, but one with considerably more size.

The question is...what do I get? I think I'll be able to sell the BGE and eggcessories for somewhere around 13-1500 and I'm willing to blow it all on a new pellet smoker.

The pic is my first spare rib cook on the Rec Tec. YIKES.

That's kind of what I was thinking, but I keep hearing great things about Yoder pellet smokers as well. Any thoughts there?
