if its as good as the beef one..im ready! are you going to have sample bags for a bit cheaper like you did with the brisket one?

I think that this one is better :biggrin:. Although, that's just me. Ultimately it is the consumers who will decide and that is the way I like it. Taste the Difference!

I will try to get the samples list tonight or tomorrow on the website.
 
pork Injection

Just used Kosmo's pork injection this weekend on a butt and it came out great...Got alot of compliments even from people that cook for a living...Highly reccomend pork injection....
 
We used the Pork Injection for the first time last weekend at the Wild West BBQ Bash in Santa Maria, CA and took 1st place. This stuff is excellent!!!
 
After I use the soak, can I add a rub then put the butt in the fridge overnight?
