Default Hello from PA!

New guy here just starting to get my feet wet in the world of better food! Until this past spring the only grill we had was our old gasser that was relegated primarily to burgers, chicken, and trying not to ruin a steak.
I got a used pellet grill this past Spring for a great price just to try it out, and I was hooked ever since.
I've since moved on from that grill and I've been focusing a lot on the classic Weber kettle....trying not to become a "collector" in the process

Really looking forward to learning new stuff!
