Great idea Adams!
I use Dawn for stains on clothing too. That stuff is handy to have around!

Looked like rain this AM, but I handled it a little differently. I set up my Weber Platinum (old one, plastic table) and 18" WSM under our camping canopy and got on with a brisket and 4 butts. :)

It did rain a bit and I'm glad I had the Webers under cover.
