Default Chicken a la Poker Smoker

Received my BBQ trade package from Poker Smoker. It was my good fortune that he lives in NC, and sent me a bottle of my families all time favorite sauce for BBQ Chicken

Carolina Treet

I had also received some chicken rub, so of course I had to try it out

Had some nice chicken breasts, so began the rub down

Rubbed and ready to grill

Unfortunately I did not get any pics of the chix on the grill, but just to prove it did in fact happen

It was fantastic chicken!
Now certainly part of the credit goes to the Carolina Treet -did I mention it was my families all time favorite sauce? (has been for years), but the super secret chix rub from Poker Smoker definitely added a whole new level of flavor to the breasts.

Darn If I know what is in it - had a smell & finger taste to it, I just couldn't place, but wow was it good!
