Default surf and turf dinner: picanha, scallops ,and shrimps

Grilled some USDA Prime picanha from Costco. Seasoned it with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Scallops were seasoned with salt and pepper and pan seared in garlic butter. Shrimps were seasoned with Tajin seasoning and grilled on a skewer. Green beans and onions were stir-fried in oyster sauce. Served with short grain white rice. Really enjoyed it all.

Thanks for looking!

Costco labels it as "Beef loin top sirloin cap whole". The Costco item number for USDA Prime is #42512. You can ask if they have in the back if you don't see it in the bin.

It should be in the same bin as the regular top sirloin. The regular top sirloin will say "whole cap off". That's the top sirloin that's left after picanha is removed. You don't want that.
