"All Month Cinco de Mayo Feast!"  This was Tonybel's winning entry in the 2018 Taco Throwdown CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ: 1. Cook your favorite south of the border/Mexican meals or dishes! 2. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this Throwdown only! 3. Entries must conform to standard Throwdown rules You may submit entries that are cooked from 4/30 through 6/1. No special planning needed for this one.
 Cinco de Mayo is our anniversary. And even though we might break tradition and have lobster on Thanksgiving, or Moo Goo Gai Pan at Christmas... we always have Mexican food for Cinco de Mayo. For starters, I'm thinking nachos with bean dip and cheese whiz....
