Default Pork cookbook, 99 cents! For the Kindle.

A bargain and a half. Price as I type, is 99 cents:

Default Charcuterie book on Amazon: Kindle version, $1.99

Found this while perusing for Kindle bargains:

Olympia Provisions: Cured Meats and Tales from an American Charcuterie

Though this isn't the 'definitive' curing guide (I think that title goes to the Michael Ruhlman book), I like it primarily because it's a good read and not just a collection of recipe after recipe.

And it's a real book, not a self-made collection from someone who googled 'best sausage recipes' and copied the results into a single rambling unorganized indexless mess of an e-book.

288 pages. More reading than recipes. And it's $1.99 at the moment. Link:

Default **** Amazon Kindle BBQ Book Sales! ****

Thanks to Brother Schmoke for this idea!

Use this thread to post deals on BBQ and cooking Kindle books on Amazon!

If you decide to purchase any of these books, please use the BBQ Brethren Affiliate Link to get to Amazon, and then go to the book page. That way the Brethren gets credit for the purchase.

http://amzn.to/2AYMh87

Thread guidelines...

1. No fake books. There are all kinds of <100 page 'books' that folks make by googling, then copy/paste into a 'ebook' that sells for $1-$5. Those are no bargain!

2. If a book is $3 or $4 off, don't need to see those. There are quite a few $1.99 specials and free books, those are fine. A $40 book on sale for $35? Yawn.

3. In order to fit in this thread, the Kindle version should be 80% or more discounted

Thanks Schmoke. I wish Google Play Store had these kind of deals.

BTW - When I was a kid in the 70s, my brother and I had the whole Old Frothingslosh beer can collection.
