Cooked at about 225 till about 180-190. I actually vacuum sealed these and will hear on the grill for a get away later this week!

I don't know if I could sleep knowing there were ribs that haven't been eaten yet. If your willpower is strong enough, you are a better man than I. Nice cook and great color on those. What cooker do you have? Hard to tell from the pics.
