Cooked at about 225 till about 180-190. I actually vacuum sealed these and will hear on the grill for a get away later this week!What temp do you cook too?

Actually absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend if you want to have smoked ribs and not do it that day.How do they come out after you vac seal and reheat?
Well you might not recognize it because there is only one!I don't know if I could sleep knowing there were ribs that haven't been eaten yet. If your willpower is strong enough, you are a better man than I. Nice cook and great color on those. What cooker do you have? Hard to tell from the pics.
