Just in time for my spicy food pot-luck party Saturday.

Unfortunately, my chicken throwdown entry this month was from a practice cook for the event, and I don't want to enter the same dish twice in the same month.

There's no reason you can't do that, as long as your entry is cooked during the timeframe when the throwdown runs. Sometimes our members submit the same exact entry for two or even three different throwdowns that are running at the same time. As long as the entry fits the category, it's all good!
