Bacon makes everything better and Garlic makes everything better!

We get lazy and buy the 5 pound bag of peeled garlic. If it is starting to age, mince it up in a food processor and spread on a cookie sheet to freeze. The cut into chunks and bag up to add to what ever you are cooking later. Ice cube trays work great also.

Roasted / smoked garlic is awesome with Bone Marrow on toasted bread!
