Stuffed Burger - I'll let the pics speak for themselves
Had some Babybel cheddar cheese so we thought stuffed burgers.

I worked in a restaurant while in high school that made a similar burger. They would use a mixture of cheeses and insert between two patties as you illustrated, season with S&P, and wrap a strip of bacon around the perimeter and secure with tooth picks. It was flame grilled and served with sautéed mushrooms. It was called a gourmet burger.
