Default Flatiron in the Swamp.

Another day in Paradise.

Cold front on Monday!

My 5th cook learning the Weber OTG. Starting to get the hang of it. My 1st 100 degrees were free though.

Had to stay true to my name as the Wife reminded me...

Finished product. Amazing how fast it cooks.

Thanks for lookin'.

Nice looking dinner. With temps like that, I hope you had some cold beer to go with it.

Nice looking plate Toast! With those temps, why bother lighting a fire? Just throw the meat on the kettle, close the lid and wait

It's Louisiana in summer - not just heat, but the humidity is brutal... Hang in there.

Hope it cools down for you. It got down to about 60 here last night, might reach 80 today.
Looks like that kettle and you are getting along just fine.

The heat is just awful. I unexpectedly did a cook on the WSM Sunday, and had a helluva time fighting high temps.

Nice looking cook, but I was thinking the same about the temps, just sit it in the sun and see how hot it gets. May be interesting to find out in an unloaded grill.

Could have left it in the sun for sure with about 4 coals. And Yes, Adult beverages were involved.
