Default Smoked Vegetable Chili With Beef

...or something like that. Supposed to start raining tomorrow and continue thru Monday. Have Bronco and umbrella near patio door. Need to stand on deflector, still. Big Rain??Truth or Fiction to be determined. Wife watching woohoo TV with grownups doing circus acts over water. Me? Surfing cooking sites, meaningful stuff.
Found this Vegetable Chili recipe. The seasoning recipe caught my eye.
I like chili. Here's link to recipe and smoking recommendations

I got brisket chili happening this weekend for the freezer.
Wife wanted chicken vegetable soup, could compromise.

The spice recipe is what interests me the most. When young we always ate chili with hamburger meat. Dad would open a package of French's Chili-O and then start adding things. I'll never recreate his chili, but I'll always try.

Sounds like a great chili to try. Wonder how it would turn out if after you put it all into a Dutch oven you put it back into the smoker to simmer and left the lid off for some extra smoke flavor? What are your cooking plans?
