We had a Little Smokin and Brewing Party on the 5th of July and was our very first smoke on his newly built UDS

"FATTY" with Onions Japs and Mac and cheese

Beautiful Weaved Bacon on it lol

Finished product

All of it on the UDS

and the bacon wrapped Japs with cream cheese and chedder

Just tossed them and the onion in the SLAPCHOP!!! lol
Put then in a nice line right next to the leftover Mac and Cheese

Guess i could change those pix around hehehe didnt even think of it
