"Fergolicious" Wings

"Red Hot" style
Out of the fridge Friday evening, still frozen some but hit the bottoms with some rub

Onto the 18" after hitting the tops with some rub last night

A little creative today as the umbrella stand decided to break

Done and ready for looking

Nellie fried some dumplings which went just fine with the wings

Per Nellie
Self rising AP flour along with whole wheat flour
Cold butter
Whole milk
Salt
Knead until elastic
Cover with a damp towel and let sit 20 minutes
Roll into a log and cut into 1 1/2" disk
Roll these into a ball and slightly flatten
Fry in vegetable oil medium heat
Flip constantly so they don't burn (10 minutes or so)
I wish I could give you quantities but she doesn't cook that way
Hopefully this gives you a start

A little rain can't dampen that meal! Great looking wings, as always, and I bet the dumplings elevated them even more.

I use it quite often. some heat but not enough to kill you.
