Spicy Tapenade Lamb Burger
There’s a Spicy Challenge happening in the Throwdown Thread.
Here’s my entry. Started by making a Spicy Tapenade Green olives with pimentos, pimentos removed Capers Anchovy filets Sundried tomatoes (these were grown in my garden and dried back in the summer) Local garlic (Thanks GaryClaw!) several cloves Basil Smoked Serrano pepper powder (for the heat) Crushed red peppers [emoji892] Rosemary Olive oil That all got blended in the food processor to make the tapenade. Added some more sun-dried tomatoes to some feta cheese Next get the lamb ready Seasoned up some sliced onions Then headed to the Blackstone. Bacon first Next the onions and burgers Provolone cheese Then it’s time to assemble Starting at the bottom bun.. Stone ground mustard, spring mix, burger. Toppings: Thick layer of Spicy Tapenade, grilled onion, sun-dried tomato/feta mix and finally the bacon. Thanks for checking out my burger [emoji488]

Everything a burger can and should be, and more! Excellent work, John.
However, something seems to be missing - ah, I remember now. Where that chip?
