Nicely done! I tried it the first time from Wild Fork as well and was surprised a few weeks ago when I Saw it in my local Costco.

Looks tasty! Found some Picanha at Costco and did a reverse sear on them using the offset. Amazing flavor - also shifted my wife’s thinking on steaks (she’s a filet gal too). She loved these!
