Cutting into my leg of lamb and this greenish looking paste comes oozing out of it? Any idea what it is?

It didn’t smell but I didn’t try to smell it. I called Costco and they said I didn’t need to bring it back, pictures would be fine. From what I can tell, it’s some type of cyst. That being said, I don’t know if I can ever eat guacamole again.
