Default Hello from Idaho and Mississippi

Hey all! This summer my wife and I got a pellet grill. Our gas grill was about toast so decided to give smoking a shot. Well we liked it....a lot! The food we have done so far has been anywhere from ok to fantastic. My wife loves it because I have done all the grilling and she gets a night off from cooking. Since the stupid pandemic we haven't gone out to eat near as often as we used to so she is sick to death of cooking.

Well we just got down south to our winter home on the gulf and she decided we had to have a smoker here too so just got it the other day. Tried a slow smoked pork butt for the first time. Holy cow was it good.

So now I have another hobby to do when the weather isn't conducive to fishing!
