Default Brisket practice run, rub test

3 briskets, 3 different rubs, same injection. 3 flats and one point. The rubs are BPS money, cash cow, and SM peppered cow. Alcinjected wih Butchers late last night.

Any guesses on which will be the crowd favorite?

I've heard great things about the SM peppered cow so that's what I'll say. Of course it's all subjective

I would also say peppered cow. I usually do a layered with cash cow first followed by the peppered cow.

Overall it wasn’t a great cook. The questions t hand was answered though.

Peppered cow, hands down. Had a Justin table set up, it was unanimous.
