Deconstructed Texas Twinkies. Smoking everything separate making three dips with crispy bacon

Brisket/smoked cream cheese
Pulled Pork/pimento cheese
Fatty with all the above

Thinking smoked burger street tacos too

Decided against bacon as it was in freezer. Added sour cream and shredded Tillamook Cheddar and back into cooker until bubbly
